• Financial Feasibility & Modelling Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and develop robust financial models, incorporating economic and financial assumptions, risk assessments, and financing structures.
• Project Financing Execution Lead financing activities including:
  • Evaluating and recommending financing strategies and instruments.
  • Coordinating RFPs with financial institutions.
  • Supporting the selection of legal and financial advisors.
  • Organizing lender meetings and site visits.
  • Preparing project information packages and sensitivity analyses.
  • Reviewing and commenting on financing-related agreements.
• Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate documentation for financing processes.
• Reporting & Analysis Summarize key financing terms and project insights into clear, actionable reports for senior management.
• Funding Oversight Monitor and control the utilization of project funds, especially those contributed by the company.
• Ad Hoc Support Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team’s success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in project finance, M&A, investment banking, or financial advisory, preferably in the power, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong command of English
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of business valuation and project finance structures.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Professional certifications such as CFA are a plus.
