Key Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced selling techniques, deep product knowledge, and personalised service to grow sales and build strong client relationships.
  • Deliver a premium experience and foster loyalty among high-value customers.
  • Engage clients across multiple touchpoints—store visits, calls, and social media.
  • Ensure smooth store operations, from stock handling to back-of-house organization.
  • Work with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and uphold service standards.
  • Track sales activity, customer feedback, and interactions to support ongoing improvement.
  • Stay informed on luxury retail trends and customer preferences to enhance the in-store experience.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
