We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Treasury team, focusing on funding strategies and debenture issuance. This role is critical in managing the company’s capital structure, optimising funding costs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your new role

• Develop and execute funding strategies, including debenture issuance and management.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to support funding decisions.
• Liaise with financial institutions, rating agencies, and legal advisors.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate regulatory filings related to debentures.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of debt instruments, especially debentures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
