VP People and Culture

VP People and Culture

Your new company

A leading Thai property development firm, originally established in 1990 and publicly listed in 2002, specialises in the development and management of high-quality industrial properties, including ready-built factories and warehouses located in strategic areas across the country. Following a major shareholder restructuring in 2019, the company underwent a rebranding and launched a new business platform aligned with a globally recognised property brand, adopting a new trading symbol on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
As part of its strategic growth, the organisation acquired a prominent property development company, thereby becoming Thailand’s first fully integrated real estate platform. This expansion enabled the firm to operate across multiple segments, including residential, commercial, and premium hospitality, reinforcing its position within the country’s diversified property market.
