Your new role
This role involves managing and driving the organisation’s end-to-end HR operations, with a primary focus on office functions while overseeing factory activities as well. Responsibilities include translating executive policies into actionable plans, executing them efficiently, and ensuring clear communication across departments to support smooth transformation. Key priorities include recruiting suitable candidates promptly and ensuring high probation pass rates, enhancing the performance management system (PMS) to align with organisational goals, and retaining top talent during periods of change. The role also covers onboarding, advising managers on goal-setting and feedback, identifying high-potential employees, analysing resignation trends, and proposing retention strategies. Operational duties include overseeing payroll and benefits accurately and on time, maintaining secure and up-to-date HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and pharmaceutical industry standards. Additionally, the position serves as the main contact for employee relations, handles complaints professionally, and coordinates with all relevant departments to deliver timely HR reports and insights that support strategic decision-making.
