Your new role

As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within the medical devices production area. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and operators, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet stringent quality standards and production targets. This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong understanding of GMP and ISO13485 standards, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within the medical devices or related regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO13485, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
  • Fluency in English and Thai is preferred. (Chinese Language Proficiency is a plus)
