We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development & Product Development Manager.
To spearhead our expansion in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) solutions tailored for leading car manufacturers. This role blends market development with technical product leadership, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of vehicle comfort and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic market expansion initiatives for NVH solutions, targeting top-tier automotive OEMs across Asia and global markets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for NVH products, including pricing models, channel strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at car manufacturers, including engineering, procurement, and innovation teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums to promote NVH capabilities and gather market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with product development roadmaps and customer expectations.
  • Drive the end-to-end development of NVH products—from concept and design to validation and launch—ensuring alignment with OEM specifications and global standards.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams including R&D, engineering, testing, and manufacturing to deliver innovative NVH solutions such as damping materials, acoustic insulation, bushings, mounts, and isolators.
  • Translate customer pain points and performance requirements into technical specifications and product features.
  • Monitor regulatory trends and automotive standards (e.g., ISO, SAE, UNECE) to ensure product compliance and future readiness.
  • Continuously improve existing NVH products through data-driven analysis, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking.

Key Requirement

  • Proven experience in business development or product management within the
    Automotive or NVH-related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of NVH systems, materials, and testing methodologies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance commercial goals and engineering feasibility.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation, customer-centric thinking, and driving measurable impact.
