Your new role
You will be responsible for driving territory sales growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across traditional and emerging pet care channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand strategy, while representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, or related field
- 2 –5 years of experience in field sales or key account management in the pet care or FMCG sector
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with a pet care brand is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and travel up to 50%
- Passion for animals and familiarity with veterinary, speciality retail, or e-commerce channels
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting
