As we expand, we are looking for a seasoned Procurement Head to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic supplier partnerships.

Your new role

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
