We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Fraud Investigator to join our team. This role is critical in identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across our auto leasing operations. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure the integrity of our business processes and protect our assets.

Your new role

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases involving leasing applications, customer documentation, and financial transactions
• Analyse data and transaction patterns to detect anomalies and potential fraud risks
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to resolve cases and implement preventive measures
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal review and potential legal proceedings
• Stay updated on fraud trends, tools, and regulatory requirements relevant to the auto leasing industry
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and fraud detection systems

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in fraud investigation, preferably in financial services or auto leasing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and investigative techniques
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• High level of integrity and discretion
