Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the equipment team to ensure timely and effective support.
Manage equipment inventory, tracking usage, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle.
Coordinate equipment procurement, deployment, and retirement processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast equipment needs and resolve issues.
Train team members on equipment handling, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
