Project Sales Manager to lead the charge in bringing world-class commercial swimming pool solutions to life. From luxury residential towers to iconic hotels, bustling shopping malls, and vibrant community centres — you’ll be at the forefront of transforming spaces into unforgettable aquatic experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute winning sales strategies for commercial swimming pool projects across the residential, hospitality, retail, and public sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and property managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery — from initial pitch to final handover.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the commercial building sector to expand our footprint.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive pipeline management and strategic negotiations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represented the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project sales, ideally within construction, architecture, or building systems.
  • Strong network in the commercial building industry — (residential, hospitality, retail, or public infrastructure, Commercial Building)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for design, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project timelines.
