Your new role

As the Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic engineering initiatives. You’ll be responsible for defining project scopes, developing detailed plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders, mentoring project teams, and overseeing compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This is a high-impact position where your leadership will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including process development and execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and working in collaborative environments
