Your new role

We are seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to support the General Manager, ideally with academic or professional experience in Finance, Law, Economics, or Business Management. This pivotal role involves contributing to strategic planning, business operations, and external partnerships, while also serving as a key talent pipeline for future leadership opportunities, including potential oversight of consultancy operations. The successful candidate will undergo initial training in Thailand and may be deployed to Manila or other Southeast Asian locations depending on project requirements. Responsibilities include providing strategic decision-making support, managing executive meetings and projects, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, representing the company in external engagements, and handling special assignments in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

What you'll need to succeed

Educational Background and Language Proficiency
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Law is required; advanced degrees are highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages, is essential.
Professional Experience
  • At least three years of professional experience in a leading accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) or a reputable law firm is required.
  • Demonstrated international work experience is strongly preferred, reflecting the global scope and strategic nature of the role.
  • Chinese-speaking Southeast Asian backgrounds—such as Malaysian or Singaporean—will also be considered.
  • Candidates must exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
