Your new role

As the Category Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of a defined group of product categories, leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier contract negotiations. You will leverage ERP and AI tools to optimise delivery performance, manage costs, and enhance supplier relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation within procurement, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing the full contract lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and business development, to deliver value-driven procurement strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in category procurement, spend analysis, and contract lifecycle management
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketing, sales, and service principles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, AI tools, and digital transformation strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or CPP are advantageous.
