Your new role

This role is responsible for leading and continuously improving the recruitment function across regions, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition. Key duties include developing and refining recruitment systems, processes, and tools; optimising online and offline sourcing channels to meet current and future hiring needs; and building a capable recruitment team to support diverse talent demands. The role also involves managing end-to-end recruitment for both blue- and white-collar positions, overseeing annual planning and budgeting, and driving the adoption of digital and AI technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency. Additionally, the position requires flexibility to take on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrates a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Possesses over five years of hands-on recruitment experience, including at least one year in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficient in computer applications, fluent in the local language, and capable of using English effectively in a professional setting.
  • Exhibits high self-awareness, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Maintains a positive mindset, actively listens with patience, and values diversity and individual strengths.
  • Applies logical thinking and embraces innovation, with the ability to turn creative ideas into actionable solutions.
  • Sets ambitious goals, shows strong self-motivation, and inspires others to pursue excellence.

  • Willing and able to travel internationally and work extended hours when required to meet business needs.
