Your new role
As a Customer Service Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end customer service operations. You’ll lead a small team, manage order processing for domestic and export markets, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with sales, production, and logistics teams, as well as handling escalated customer issues. You’ll also be responsible for improving service processes, training staff, and supporting the achievement of monthly sales targets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales & Marketing, or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in order processing and customer service systems
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sales environments is a plus.
