Your new role

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, historical data, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand plans. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and minimise stockouts or excess inventory. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving trading environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a trading business
• Strong skills in demand forecasting and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
