We partner with brands to create sustainable quality and technically optimised packaging. Our speciality focus is FMCG and pharmaceutical rigid plastic packaging. Our packaging solutions are all recyclable and / or made from recycled material.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract preparation to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
- Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers; conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
- Collaborate with line managers to assess workforce needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and procedures.
- Strengthen partnerships with universities and other strategic recruitment sources.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, along with organising internal training sessions.
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Support and execute training and development initiatives in alignment with the annual plan.
- Drive employee engagement through various activities and foster positive employee relations.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure adherence to Thai labour laws and internal company regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to quality systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 -7 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee relations roles within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address HR-related issues and develop effective solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in labour law and human resource relations.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, growth mindset, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
