Your new role

The Head of Talent Acquisition in a telecommunications company is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across technical, commercial, and corporate functions. This role oversees the recruitment budget, manages a high-performing TA team, and drives employer branding initiatives to position the company competitively in the market. Key responsibilities include building talent pipelines for specialised roles such as network engineers, cybersecurity experts, and digital service professionals; leveraging data-driven insights to optimise hiring processes; and ensuring inclusive, scalable recruitment practices that align with the company’s growth and digital transformation goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in high-volume and specialised recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom industry trends and talent needs.
  • Proven leadership in scaling teams during digital transformation initiatives.
  • Financial acumen in managing recruitment budgets and vendor contracts.
