Your new role
As a Head of Production, you will oversee the entire production function, ensuring seamless operations from raw material intake to final product dispatch. You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is pivotal in shaping operational excellence and supporting strategic growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in production management within the food or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in process optimisation and lean manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
