Your new company

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer to join our Land & Real Estate team. This role involves engaging in various legal activities related to real estate development and transactions, providing essential support and expertise to our clients.

Your new role

• Conduct real estate due diligence.
• Perform legal research on topics such as land allocation, commercial/residential buildings, factories, and ports, and provide concise legal opinions.
• Draft and review contracts related to real estate and machinery, including lease and service agreements.
• Offer legal opinions on real estate-related matters.
• Liaise with government authorities for registration and compliance.
• Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support partners and senior lawyers with additional legal tasks as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• LL.B. or LL.M. with solid legal knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight outside Bangkok (owning a vehicle is not required).
