Your new role
A leading law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Lawyer with a strong background in trademark law. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on high-profile cases in a top-tier legal environment.
- Manage all procedural aspects of trademark prosecution in Thailand
- Oversee trademark portfolios and monitor prosecution processes
- Handle filing instructions, office actions, appeals, oppositions, cancellations, and conflict resolution
- Provide legal advice on trademark, copyright, and IT-related issues
- Draft, review, and advise on IP agreements including licences, assignments, and franchising contracts
- Support litigation teams in IP cases at pre-trial and trial/appeal stages
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice on advertising, competition, data protection, and digital law
- Perform other legal tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law
- Licenced to practice law in Thailand
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IP law at a law firm
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
