As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead one of its high-performing luxury boutiques.
Your new role
As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring the boutique reflects the highest standards of luxury retail. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and cultivate strong relationships with VIP clients. Your role will also involve coordinating with brand partners and internal departments to maintain operational excellence and brand integrity.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watches, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on service excellence and performance coaching
- Deep understanding of client relationship management, VIC engagement, and luxury service standards
- Ability to manage boutique operations, stock control, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Passion for luxury retail, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
