Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organisation.
Talent Management
Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Assist in succession planning and career development initiatives to retain top talent.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems to track talent metrics.
Training & Development
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and organisational effectiveness.
Identify learning needs and partner with external vendors or internal teams to provide relevant development opportunities.
Monitor training outcomes and continuously improve learning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.
Manage employee benefits enrolment, enquiries, and vendor relationships.
Support annual salary reviews and incentive programs in collaboration with finance and leadership.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution of issues.
Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and policy enforcement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, and support audits or investigations as needed.
