As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities include overseeing the process design, process improvement, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will lead initiatives grounded in lean methodology to reduce waste and enhance productivity across production lines. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process innovations that support the development of high-precision plastic products. Ideal candidates will bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence in a regulated, high-tech manufacturing environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ years of work experience in process engineering

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Experience in plastic extrusion, medical devices, electronics, packaging, etc. is an advantage.

• IATF 16949 & ISO 13485 knowledge is an advantage.
