Your new role
To oversee and direct the Compensation and Benefits function with a primary emphasis on payroll administration, employee benefits management, HR data governance, analytics, and the ongoing enhancement of related processes. This position is instrumental in elevating employee experience and maintaining compliance with HR regulations, while facilitating clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders in Thai and English.
