Your new role
As a Production Manager based in Phetchaburi, you will lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across the plant. You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement new technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of BRC PPM for food packaging
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in cross-functional and international environments is a plus
