Your new role

As the Contract Manufacturing Manager, you will lead sourcing activities for single-use medical devices, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience. Based in Samut Prakarn, Thailand, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive strategic procurement initiatives. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing and R&D, as well as global travel to engage with suppliers and stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in identifying new sourcing opportunities and contributing to sustainability goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Solid experience in purchasing/sourcing within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience sourcing from Asia for European markets
  • Understanding of procurement processes and commercial acumen
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work across international teams
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 30% of the time
