NPI Project Engineer

Our client is a world-leading extrusion partner, delivering advanced tubing solutions for medical and industrial applications looking to expand their team.


Your new role

As an NPI Project Engineer, you will manage NPI and change events to meet SOP timelines. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams for feasibility studies, prototype trials, and validation builds (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV). You will coordinate technical documentation including design records, process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, FAI, and packaging per PPAP requirements. You will handle SAP inputs for part item master and manufacturing BOM, and ensure production readiness via WI and training. Additional tasks include supplier/customer coordination, performance reporting, and support for problem-solving and efficiency improvement.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Science / Industrial Technology or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in NPI with strong knowledge of QMS, PPAP, APQP.

  • Able to critically analyse and problem-solve.
