• Proven experience in designing and delivering both soft skills and functional training programs tailored to diverse organisational needs.
• Successfully managed learning and development (L&D) initiatives for a workforce of approximately 130 office-based employees.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive training needs analyses, developing curricula, and performing post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management and development, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
• Strong project management capabilities, ensuring the seamless execution of training programs and talent development initiatives.
• Background in retail environments, with a solid understanding of fast-paced, customer-focused operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate soft skills and functional training programs.

• Hands-on experience in performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and data analytics tools for tracking training effectiveness.
