Your new role
Formulate a long-term learning strategy based on skill-gap analysis, aligning learning initiatives with business goals and future needs.
Utilise AI to pinpoint skill gaps and design personalised learning paths, enabling employees to manage their career growth independently.
Develop flexible upskilling and reskilling programs focusing on digital skills, soft skills, and cross-functional knowledge to prepare employees for future roles.
Design programs for emerging leaders and high-potential employees to ensure leadership readiness in a dynamic workplace.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in Organisational Development and/or Human Resources Management within a medium to large organisation.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, learning frameworks, and delivery methods is a plus.
- Strong customer focus, results-driven, collaborative, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in human resource management, especially in training and talent development.
- Excellent English communication skills, along with strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
