• Formulate a long-term learning strategy based on skill-gap analysis, aligning learning initiatives with business goals and future needs.

• Utilise AI to pinpoint skill gaps and design personalised learning paths, enabling employees to manage their career growth independently.

• Develop flexible upskilling and reskilling programs focusing on digital skills, soft skills, and cross-functional knowledge to prepare employees for future roles.

• Design programs for emerging leaders and high-potential employees to ensure leadership readiness in a dynamic workplace.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of professional experience in Organisational Development and/or Human Resources Management within a medium to large organisation.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, learning frameworks, and delivery methods is a plus.
• Strong customer focus, results-driven, collaborative, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in human resource management, especially in training and talent development.
• Excellent English communication skills, along with strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
