Your new role

The head of HR plays a vital role in overseeing human resources operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, managing compensation and benefits with high accuracy, and fostering cultural alignment within the organisation. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and proficiency in both English and

What you'll need to succeed

  • Leadership & Personal Attributes: Exhibit a strong character, ensuring effective decision-making and problem-solving in HR-related matters.
  • Project Management: Work closely with department PMs to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure precise adherence to labour laws and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Budgeting: Strong budgeting management
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Maintain accuracy in handling incentives, commissions, and various allowances to ensure fair and transparent payroll processing.
  • Strategic Planning: Implement and oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Office Management: Oversee renting, utilities, and electronic services while ensuring office infrastructure meets operational needs.
  • Language Proficiency: English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage for cross-cultural communication.
