Your new role
As a Deputy Manager of QA, you will be instrumental in overseeing the quality assurance operations of a GMP-regulated site. You’ll lead the evaluation and disposition of materials and products, ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves mentoring a team, managing audits and inspections, and supporting regulatory affairs. You’ll act as a key quality representative, ensuring robust systems are in place to uphold product integrity and operational excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a Thai pharmacist licence
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- At least 2 years of experience in product disposition decision-making
- Supervisory experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and international regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, EU GMP, ThaiFDA, USFDA)
