Accounting Manager

Your new role

An experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensure compliance with tax and audit standards, and support business growth. You will lead a mid-sized team, support finance and costing functions, and ensure accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting aligned with company policies
  • Oversee compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal control procedures
  • Review and optimize accounting systems and processes, ensuring effective internal audits
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, cost center analysis, and budget forecasting for management
  • Ensure alignment with international and local quality and safety standards (ISO, BRC, Halal, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and government agencies
  • Drive ongoing knowledge sharing related to accounting practices and tax changes
  • Build a strong team culture focused on compliance, accuracy, and performance improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPD license required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting roles, with proven leadership background
  • Solid understanding of Thai tax law and financial reporting standards
  • Strong ERP knowledge; SAP experience preferred
  • Fluent in Thai; English communication is a plus
  • Confident team leader with excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills
