Your new role

• Lead and align HR strategy across business units with Group HR, covering recruitment, compensation, development, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies in key areas like performance management, career development, and manpower planning.
• Drive talent management and succession planning, ensuring leadership pipeline and employee growth.
• Oversee compensation and benefits to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures.
• Ensure legal compliance with local labour laws and manage employee relations, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Build HR team capabilities and champion organisational change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 8 years of relevant work experience, including 3–4 years in Human Resources Management roles.

• Strong knowledge of Thai labour law.

• Proficiency in English communication.

• Familiarity with HRIS System

• Strategic thinking, detail-oriented, and strong in policy implementation.
