We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the team with professionalism and strategic insight. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive total rewards programs that align with the organisational goals and support talent retention and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Implement global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies and oversee annual salary and bonus planning cycles.
- Prepare and manage compensation budgets, including employee cost forecasting and labor cost control.
- Administer employee insurance programs, including life, health, and other benefits, ensuring optimal coverage and employee satisfaction.
- Evaluate and enhance wellness initiatives, continuously improving employee engagement and well-being.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with legal standards and internal policies.
- Support audits and reporting related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Oversee HRIS system configuration, maintenance, and data integrity, ensuring accurate and secure employee records.
- Collaborate with local and corporate HR teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Screen candidates to ensure alignment with job descriptions and organisational needs.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including medical checks, documentation, and orientation.
- Manage legal employment documentation, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on strategic Compensation & Benefit, Payroll operations, HRIS and talent acquisitions.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Strong in budget and cost analysis for employee cost and labour cost control.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday), metrics, and data analysis.
- Fluent in both English and strong presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and delivering results.
