Your new role

As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial functions including sales, marketing, and business development. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and key clients to ensure profitability, market competitiveness, and long-term customer relationships. You will also play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities and enhancing the company’s market share both locally and internationally.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Strong track record in sales strategy, key account management, and business development
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in both English and Thai, with strong communication and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of market dynamics
