Your new role
As the Trade Compliance Manager, you will lead the development and execution of trade compliance programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements. You will manage relationships with customs and government agencies, oversee import/export operations, and provide expert guidance on regulations including ECCN and Harmonised Tariff classifications. This role also involves conducting audits, delivering training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in international trade compliance
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance principles, especially in the Asia region
• Expertise in US Export Controls, SAP, and GTS
• Background in the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Skilled in commodity classification and regulatory interpretation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
