Production Manager (Paint Manufacturing)

Your new role
As the Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and safety standards. You will lead a large team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, particularly in the paint or chemical industry, and a passion for optimising processes and developing talent.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in production, preferably in the paint industry
  • Proven leadership in production management
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Thai nationality
