Your new role
As an Application Development Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between the lab and the customer, supporting the development and application of slab stock foam additives. Based in Bangkok, you’ll engage directly with customers across SEA occasionally, conduct lab demonstrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and business growth. This role offers a dynamic mix of hands-on lab work, customer interaction, and strategic development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s in Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering, or Master’s in Chemistry
- 3–5 years of experience in the Flexible/Slab Stock Foam industry
- In-depth knowledge of flexible foam testing parameters
- Hands-on experience with continuous and discontinuous foaming machines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Any nationals are welcome
