Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in managing the sourcing process from project kick-off through to start of production (SOP). You will collaborate closely with commodity and serial teams to develop a robust supply base that supports both current and future business needs. Your responsibilities will include managing BOM costs to meet targets, continuously improving costs during the development phase, and supporting cross-functional project teams with key procurement data and supplier insights.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferably engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing or project engineering with a strong cost focus
• Solid knowledge of Purchasing, Project Management, and Product Design
• Background in automotive manufacturing is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
