• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts and corporate documents, including cross-border transactions.
• Providing legal opinions and advising internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues.
• Managing legal risks through proactive legal analysis and documentation.
• Acting as a liaison between management, internal teams, and external parties to ensure legal clarity and compliance.
• Supporting corporate activities such as shareholder meetings and other governance-related matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• Experience in corporate or business law; experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Strong command of both Thai and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
