• Provides legal counsel on corporate, commercial, labour, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including dealership agreements, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Thai laws and automotive industry regulations, especially those related to EVs and consumer protection.
• Support licencing, product registration, and regulatory filings with relevant Thai authorities.
• Manage legal risks and advise on dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on business operations.
• Conduct internal legal training and promote legal awareness across departments.
• Assist with corporate governance, board resolutions, and company secretarial duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Hold lawyer's licence
• Minimum 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Thai commercial, corporate, and labour law.
• Cross-border legal matters are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
