Position: Key Account Manager – (Fragrance Application)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts and a proven track record of building lasting partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to navigate complex requirements to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in industries such as chemical distribution or supply, FMCG, cosmetics and personal care, home care and fabric care, and fragrance houses.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and address client challenges.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and progress.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably with key clients in relevant industries.
  • Experience background with chemical distribution or supply, FMCG, Cosmetics and personal care, home care and fabric care, Fragrance houses (most advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the fragrance industry is highly advantageous.
