Your new role

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the company meets all statutory obligations.
• Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
• Investigate compliance cases received through any whistleblowing channels, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
• Provide compliance training to staff when new policies are implemented and conduct compliance orientation for new employees.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
