Your New Role:
As the Demand Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, aligning sales and production planning, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. This role requires data-driven decision-making to balance customer demand, production capacity, and raw material availability. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to analyse production capacity versus demand forecasts efficiently, identify constraints in production, and recommend solutions to improve throughput.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Supply Planning or MRP
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong in data analysis, cross-functional skills and proficiency in Excel etc.
- Good command of English
