Your new role

As the Supply Chain Manager, your primary focus will be on developing necessary systems and procedures to ensure timely customer supply through established supply routes and optimising the supply chain in the context of multi-sourcing. You will ensure the priority of SEQ (Safety, Environment, Quality) in all operations, and compliance with all standards (Aviation, ISO) and regulations (Import/Export, Customs in APAC region). Additionally, you will oversee 3PL & forwarders' performance to ensure service standards, collaboration with Sales to maximise customer service & satisfaction, staff management, training & development, budgeting, and reporting. This position is based in Bangkok.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management or Logistics can be beneficial.
• 6+ years of related experience with at least 4 years at a management level.
• Proven track record in managing supply chain operations and leading process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of production, planning, logistics, and warehouse management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), inventory management software, and logistics technology.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
