Your new company

We are looking for an executive Finance and Accounting workforce who is keen to join one of the leading e-commerce enabler businesses. The company offers comprehensive e-commerce solutions to help clients expand their online presence and sales via digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall financial and accounting picture of the organisation, including the setting of working policies, initiating financial strategies, performing tax deductions, improving internal control and monitoring financial reporting as well as technical presentation to related parties and the management department.

Your new role

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and - Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Bachelor's degree or more in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, CPA or equivalent certificate is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong leadership skills, with a history of successfully managing and developing finance teams.
• Experience in the retail, trading, and e-commerce sectors.
