Operation Excellence Manager/ CI Manager

With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in their field, they are seeking an outstanding Operation Excellence Manager to be based at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Samutprakarn.
Your New Role
- Provide site leadership to implement and drive operational excellence activities.
- Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies and instil a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year-over-year operational performance improvements, organisation and incorporating Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other practices.
- Key partnerships with the site General Manager, Plant Manager, leadership team, and key stakeholders as ‘LEAN champions’, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change.
- Facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of lower resource usage and workflow inefficiencies.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Master or Bachelor in Engineering or sciences (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement tools and methodologies, Master Black Belt or Black Belt certified is preferable.
- Hands-on experience in operational execution and process improvement.
- Proven track record as a change agent with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and influence others.
- Fluent command in English, able to work with cross-regional teams
